According to a circular from KSQCA, cements imported to Kurdistan through the following entry points shall not exceed 1 000 tons per shipment: Kelle, Sarian Band, Sartak and Tawella.
 

For any cement shipments which have exceeded 1 000 tons, the imports are allowed only if they are entered into Kurdistan through the entry points other than those mentioned above.
