The customs authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has recently increased monitoring on shipments, especially for the availability of test reports which have been provided to inspection companies in order to obtain the CoC (Certificate of conformity). These test reports are now expected to be attached to the CoC for Customs clearance, mainly for the following products :
- All electrical products
- Spare parts
- Toys
- Products related to cosmetics (essential oils, compound, etc…).

Please also note that Bureau Veritas is keen to protect the exporters/importers interests and to apply a high level of confidentiality on sensitive documents such as test report.
