As per last instructions from KSQCA, cement in bulk shall be rejected at borders after March 21st, 2015, as it is no longer allowed to be shipped to the Kurdistan Region until further notice. 

However, cement in sacks complying with the applicable standard IQS 5 or TR Const No 1 is still allowed.
