Following the three-months period of voluntary application of the VoC Programme, the programme becomes mandatory from July 16th, 2018 (export date on transport document).

Regulated products shipped from this date shall be subject to the VoC programme and presented with the Certificate of Conformity for Customs clearance.

Bureau Veritas has been appointed by the Ministry of Commerce, Crafts and SME Promotion for the implementation of this VoC programme.
Goods will have to be assessed prior export to Côte d'Ivoire and will have to comply with the VoC programme and related applicable technical requirements.

For any modification by the Ministry of Commerce until this date, additional information will be communicated.
